Ascetic Aesthete also has a special personal significance, drawing on the many soulful experiences I have encountered as inspiration for the perfumes I create. These sometimes presented themselves as uncanny coincidences in my life. I am also intrigued with the idea of transmutation and alchemy and my wish is to simply be a conduit channelling this powerful, creative force and bottling it to the best of my humble earth-bound ability and sharing it with others.”
